Cancellation Policy

A trip is not guaranteed until paid for. Once paid for there are no refunds, except if it includes a helicopter or whale trip and the vendor of those trips does not operate on that day. We are sorry but we are a small company and once you book we turn other business for that day away, therefore cancellations can be devastating. We strongly advise that you purchase trip insurance to cover any contingency that might interfere with your trip. You may purchase trip insurance throuh us. The company we sell. offers excellent plans for the varagries of Alaska weather.

     We have vans that can accomodate six or seven people people. We charge by the hour for the van. So the rate for up to seven people is $55 per hour.

Basic Tour (runs 3 to 3.5 hours) making the assumption you spend 45 minutes at the glacier. Of course since this is a personal tour you can choose to spend as much or as little time at each stop as you would like. You will be charged according to the actual time you use.

Glacier Gardens

      Figure .5 extra. Though before the second week in June when the salmon return to the Hatchery you may want to substitute Glacier Gardens for the hatchery stop. Generally your actual time at Glacier Gardens will be about an hour, To save you money we drop you off and pick you up and don't charge you for waiting. However you always have the option of asking the driver to wait.

Shrine of Saint Therese

Figure an additional hour. The driver will accompany you and act as your guide.

Alaskan Brewery

Generally this is a .5 hour stop. Longer if you decide to take the tour and fully sample the beer. The driver waits here.

Whales! Whales! Whales!

     We drop you off at the Auke Bay dock for this two hour trip. The cost of the whale watch trip is $110 per person. We call this a wrap around trip. In that we take you on the first part of your Juneau tour, drop you at the dock and then pick you up at the end of the whale watch. Driver does not wait while you are on the water.

Dog Sledding and/or Glacier Walk

     This is also a wrap around trip. We take you on the first part of your Juneau tour then drop you at the heliport. Your driver does not wait while you are in the air. But will be there when you land to complete the rest of your Juneau tour. (Helicopter trip description and prices)
