Cancellation Policy A trip is not guaranteed until paid for. Once paid for there are no refunds, except if it includes a helicopter or whale trip and the vendor of those trips does not operate on that day. We are sorry but we are a small company and once you book we turn other business for that day away, therefore cancellations can be devastating. We strongly advise that you purchase trip insurance to cover any contingency that might interfere with your trip. You may purchase trip insurance throuh us.
